Ebibo has over twenty (20) years’ experience in the Oil & Gas and Shipping industry. He started his career with Karinax Shipping in 1998 where he oversaw vessel contracting and leasing. He later moved to Ignite Energy where he oversaw the company’s operations and in 2001, to Sigmund, where he was Head of Trading and Operations.
He is responsible for Beluga’s International and Nigerian office’s business origination, operations and risk management and has brought in his wealth of experience to position Beluga as a reputable player in the integrated Oil and Gas sector.
A member of the Institute of Energy, London and a graduate of Botany & Microbiology from University of Ibadan, Mr. Soroh in 2006 obtained a Post Graduate diploma in International Ship Management, London City College, 2006.

Mr. Chikaodili S. Okoli holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Management from Middlesex University, London (1993). He later proceeded to the University College London (UCL) between 1993 and 1994 and obtained an MSc degree in Ergonomics, Human Factors/Human-Computer Interaction (HF/HCI).With a work history of over 10 years, Chikaodili has had various professional and extra-disciplinary experiences gathered at Chase Manhattan, UK; Royal Bank of Scotland Plc (Waterhouse Sq. London), Rothschilds Asset Management, and also at Morgan Stanley (Regulatory Controllers) where he developed the swaps database (SYBASE/Access/VBA environment), working in various capacities in treasury services, capital market operations and risk management.
He returned to Nigeria in 1999 and took up a job with Magnum Trust Bank (now Sterling Bank Plc) where he implemented the Value-Card system for the bank. He later moved on to Standard Chartered Bank Ltd in 2001 where he had a Business Development role. In 2003, he was appointed to work as Corporate Planning and Logistics Manager at WABECO.
He has brought his wealth of administrative skills now into Beluga as a Director.
Boye Adeyemi is an astute Petroleum Geologist with more than twenty years of oil industry experience. He graduated with a BSc Degree in Geology at the University of Ibadan and obtained a Certificate of Specialisation in Geosciences, Masters of Science in Applied Geophysics and Masters in Business Administration from the Robert Gordon University, University of Lagos and the Lagos Business School, respectively.
He started his career as an Engineering Geologist responsible for EIA soil testing and geophysical data acquisition with Iten International Limited, and later went through the Shell Intensive Training Program (SITP) and had a short stint as a Petrophysicist with The Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) before joining ExxonMobil Corporation where he rose through the ranks in fourteen years. He worked in several affiliates including ExxonMobil Exploration Company (EMEC), ExxonMobil Production Company (EMPC), Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPNU) and Esso Exploration and Production Company (EEPNL) and was a key contributor to major exploration, development and production projects such as the South Texas King Ranch Exploration Project, Nigerian JV Near-Field Wildcat projects, and multi-million dollars Deepwater Erha and Bosi Projects where he served as Block Coordinator for OML 133. He left to start up Hansol Geonetworks Limited - a training, research and consultancy firm for the energy industry - functioning as the Managing Partner and Subsurface Team Lead for the Company.
Boye Adeyemi is a member of various professional bodies including American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG), Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG), the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE), and the Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society (NMGS). He is also an active industry mentor for the AAPG Industrial barrel award and an adjust lecturer at the Pan African University Institute of Life and Earth Sciences (PAULESI), University of Ibadan and at the Centre of Excellence in Geosciences and Petroleum Engineering at the University of Benin.
He is a proven oil finder with expertise in seismic interpretation, formation evaluation, reservoir characterization and connectivity analysis, static and dynamic modeling, production operations and integrated field development planning.
Boye is a core member of Beluga where he will lead the Exploration and Production Team. He is married with children, loves soccer and is an active supporter of LFC.
An astute oil and commodity trader, with a career spanning over 23 years in the Oil and Gas industry, Chinedu Nwokedi’s career covers crude oil trading, marketing and supply, oil market development, independent trading advisory services and strategy development.
Beginning at Delphi Petroleum Inc., U.S.A. and STS (UK) Ltd. London, he was a member of the oil trading team responsible for International supply and trading activities for the companies, which involved petroleum products offtake arrangements from Nigeria for end-users in the United States East Coast/ Gulf Coast.
He later moved to Duke Oil Company Incorporated-London (NNPC’s crude oil trading affiliate) and worked as a crude oil trader, with the oil trading team where he traded NNPC’s equity crude oil and third-party crude oil. After this, he joined NNPC’s crude oil marketing division in Lagos and Abuja as a senior crude oil market analyst.
He has acted as an independent trading advisor to a range of private International and Nigerian oil companies, preparing them for future integration into the competitive world oil markets.
Mr. Nwokedi has a degree in Law from the University of East Anglia (UK) and a Masters of Business Administration, from Durham University (UK).

Tamaramieseiya specialises in Corporate Governance, Business Integrity and Legal-Compliance. She has accumulated over 10 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas sector specialising in policy formulation, process design, implementation and due-diligence risk assessment.
She is skilled in the design of Business Integrity Management Systems conforming to international best, adapting widely accepted international principles to the local context.
At Africa Terminals an International Finance Corporation (IFC) and CDC Group funded company where she served close to four years reporting directly to the CEO, she was responsible for drafting and implementing the companies Code of Conduct as well as its Corporate Governance framework. She oversaw the communication of the company’s best practice standards, policies and Code of Conduct both internally and to third-party relationships. She also managed in-house legal counsel as required.
Prior to Africa Terminals, she headed the Corporate Services Department of Duport Marine Limited and was responsible for its Regulatory Compliance. She has served with Addax Petroleum, and Airtel (Econet) at various times in her career.
She is a member of several professional bodies. She holds a certificate in Combating Financial Crimes with the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (UK) and is in the process of obtaining the certificate of Corporate Governance with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK). She is passionate about Corporate Governance and AML issues and pursues avenues for continued professional development in this field with a view of promoting sustainability. She has brought the wealth of her experience into the legal and compliance team in Beluga.

Jason is our commercial/Trading analyst at Beluga energy. Jason has a B.A in Accounting with Finance from the University of Portsmouth. A diploma in Shipping Management and is an accredited trainer of the Centre for Management Development (CMD). He recently attended a professional course in International Petroleum Shipping and Freight Markets. He has a wide array of skills and experience that has led to him fitting into his position within our business seamlessly, being able to add value and enhance our operations as a business immediately.
Previously, he was the Senior Consultant at Trumps consulting. He comes with over 15 years of experience in a variety of sectors including International Market Analysis, Sales and Consulting.
His variety and spread of roles has led to him working within several different areas including UK, France, Nigeria, Singapore, China and Australia.
Aderonke is works in our Trade and Finance department within the business. An accountant predominantly, she is competent and self-motivated with over seven years’ cognitive experience in Finance with a focus specifically within the oil and gas industry.
She is proficient in Management Accounting, Financial Statement preparation and Interpretation, taxation, auditing and other related accounting duties.
Her versatility has given her the opportunity to serve in various capacities within her roles to date and she has in-depth knowledge in transaction execution and monitoring.

Dr Ndiomu has headed the African desk of two of the largest petroleum trading outfits in the UK, Trafigura and Projector.
He also worked for over 10 years with Mobil Oil UK (now Exxon Mobil) where he served in key positions such as Technical Manager CNG, Products Trader in the Supply and Trading Group and Manager Analytical Services in the Coryton Refinery, UK.
Dr Ndiomu holds a BSc degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, a Masters Degree in Analytical Chemistry and a PhD degree in Separation Sciences from the University of London. Dr Ndiomu has 25 years of post-qualification experience in the Oil and Gas sector.
He is currently the Managing Director of Southfield Petroleum Limited, an Oil and Gas Company developing Gas Assets in Nigeria.
Fidelis Omozuapo is the founder and Managing Director of Adeste Advisory Limited UK (“Adeste”). Adeste is an Africa-focused business intelligence (BI) and asset tracing investigations firm based in London but with its tentacles spread across the continent. He is a highly regarded compliance professional in the EMEA region in the BI sector. Before setting up Adeste, Fidelis occupied various leadership positions for some of the prominent BI firms in the industry. His years of experience and capabilities in conducting intelligence-led pre-transaction investigative due diligence on some of the complex transactions that led to successful capital deployment into Africa makes him a respected practitioner on transactional compliance risk in Africa.
He has a reputation for being able to identify 'potential governance risks and the critical lines of defence' for companies that are seeking to deploy capital into Africa – offering them recommendations that are pragmatic and proportionate. Fidelis has advised heads of some of the Investigative Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) advisory teams in the leading investment banks that operate in London (whether they are American, Australian, Japanese, Chinese, Emirati or British), at the pre-transaction or client pre-onboarding phase, and on risk management and policy implementation. He has implemented Know Your Customers (KYC), Anti Bribery and Corruption (ABC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) programmes for companies under regulatory scrutiny from the UK and US authorities.

- Originated and advised on acquisition of downstream assets in Sub Saharan Africa for a value of up to US$2billion (2016). Structuring acquisition financing and debt origination.
- Originated, advised and financed Shoreline Power on its partnership with Heritage Oil and the $850 Million acquisition of Shell Nigeria’s OML 30. Canaccord underwrote the $300M equity financing for the acquisition (2012). Debt facility of US 500M. Heritage interest in OML 30 was subsequently sold to Qatari interest for USD 1.3 billion.
- Advised on mining acquisitions in Gold and base metals in Zimbabwe and Botswana (2015) USD $250 Million equity and debt financing.
- Originated, IPO (on LSE-AIM) and finance Bellzone Mining, the first ever mining company on the London Stock Exchange (AIM) with a single asset in Guinea/Conakry.
- In 2017, Tarica founded with partners Righini Limited, an advisory and private equity fund focused on infrastructure and natural resources in Sub Saharan Africa.
